I am using the templates which are available on the templates the menu buttons I have piced up is there any way of changing these to text I want?

Also to ad a logo how do I bring the logo in? Do I save in paint? come through with a massive background just want the logo?

Sorry new and I am not toosure what I am doing.

Can anyone recommend how to set up the website so easy for plebs like me?
