how to upload a PDF file

I have my web site up and running (see http://www.waynesboropost15.com) and now want to copy and post a newsletter from our troops oveseas in Iraq. The newsletter is in a PDF file format and I am at a lose as to how to copy it to an existing webpage under the index tab "our deployed troups". Can someone lead me to a procedure to do so. Thanks for your assistance in this matter.

Normally you should do a search and change your search criteria a few times if you can not find it right away, but it seems that lately search is not finding things. Maybe posting this, some of the moderators here can bring this to attention of Voda Host. I did six searches and came up with everything from A to Z minus pdf. The simple 3 letters "pdf" brought up nothing at all.

Luckily I had this bookmarked; check this out.
