Text navigation

Sorry forgot to add that I want text navigation list but when I insert one the default colour is blue and there doesn't seem to be an option for changing the colour in properties, only the background colour.

Am I missing something?

right click on the page, page properties, there you can change text color, link colors etc.. just go thru all the tabs..
