BV ftp not working correctly

I have been trying to update my site by updating some php files using the ftp protocol. For some reason the updated files are not showing up in the public folder on the server. Any help would be greatly appreciated. www.heatmeeting.com

I think I figured it out. I had the file open on the local machine and therefore it wasn't allowing me to transfer it via ftp. It seems to be working fine now. www.heatmeeting.com
