Warning on Page anyone know why?

I have installed a classipress theme into a copy of wordpress to host classified ads on a site I have built, however after installation the following message has appeared at the top of my screen

Warning: set_time_limit() has been disabled for security reasons in /home/ucuyyijx/public_html/irishhorsemarkets.com/ads/wp-content/themes/classipress/form_process.php on line 2

Anyone got any ideas how to remove this
