Can't see published videos

Hi,

http://www.sitesunion.com/memories.html

The page has some button redirecting the visitor to a video.
the top two buttons both have their videos published and the click through will take you to the relevant page.
However, the control panels of the videos show, but not the videos... need some help please.

The top two work fine for me...takes maybe two seconds before the videos start which is very reasonable. The bottom two I assume haven't been published yet.

THANX TOM, hAVE TRIED AGAIN, CAN NOT SEE THEM... WONDER WHAT IT IS.. DO I NEED SOME SORT OF PLUG IN OR SOMETHING?
I AM BO NO MENS A COMPUTER WIZZ, PERHAPS THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH MY MACHINE? COULD THAT BE THE REASON?

okay I just saw the top to work great take 5 seconds to load up but work fine the bottom 2 I get a 404 error but like tom said you assume you did not publish yet.

Yeah, you do need to have Windows Media Player.
