  • Please help! Uploading new pages

    I want to replace an existing page, every other page has worked. But I can't get on sinlge page to upload and replace the old one. Can anyone please help me?

    Might be a caching problem if you say the other pages have worked. View the offending pages and hit F5 to refresh your browser. Hopefully your updated pages will display.

      That it not do the trick. I also have each page set up with
      <META HTTP-EQUIV="Pragma" CONTENT="no-cache"> to avoid that. Any other suggestions, by chance?

        use ftp manager 2 delete the old file. Now upload the new.

        If ur browser does not display the new 1 now, then it is caching. go to the tips and tricks forum and read VodaHosts post on caching.

            have u tried it?

            it is just like using windows explorer and deleting a files. once u open FTP Manager, connect to server, find the file u want 2 delete(left side of screen) click file and from menu above click delete

              The question cant be answered unless you give us an idea what was on the original page & at least one changed item on the new page. At least this will eliminate if its a cache problem as Darren suggested.
              Have you also checked that you are publishing all files.
