Quick time videos - error 12003 - Please help

I am trying to publish a new page with a quick time video. I keep getting a message that says:

Internet Exception Error 12003

Any suggestions? I appreciate your help.

Thats usually a firewall error. Make sure you have bv added to your firewall programs, antivirus also. In vista also make sure you are running bv as an administrator
