Website is missing

I have been a customer since 2005. I looked at my site today, and it is filled with ads, and my site is gone.

My hosting recently renewed and was paid, so I'm not sure why it is gone.

I sent support ticket 5 hours ago, and have not heard anything.

You also need to renew the domain name. Login to vbs.. and click billing .. i bet you have a seperate bill for the domain name as well.

I checked and it says the domin and hosting don't expire until 6/2010. The domain was included with the hosting.

Coulkd they have renewed my hosting, but forgot to update my site.

The whois shows I have renewed too!

Almost ALWAYS these are seperate charges. The domain is a seperate entity.. and i believe they have to bill for it seperately too.

Login to MANAGE your domain and make sure it is still pointing to your server.

You need to change it back to the NSVODAXX.com servers you got in your welcome packet.. or login to cpanel and find the numbers there.

I didn't get a welcome packet!?!?!?!

It has renewed the same way for 4 years, and this is the first time it has changed. Still no help from my support ticket.

Can you tell me where I go to change the servers?

vodabilling services.. where you paid your invoice. manage domains.. you can find the server numbers in your cpanel on the left column when you first login.. thats where they need to point to.

You did get a welcome packet four years ago.. you should have kept it.
