FTP Problems

Hello

Ive been having a problem while trying to use FTP. When I login with my FTP account, I login into a "/" folder, not to public_html/ ... Even when I try to manually move to this folder, the system tells me that such directory doesn't exist. What's happening?

I've tried it already on BlueFTP and FileZilla, happens on both.

How are you logging in? If you are using a ftp username and password that you set up.. you will only get the ftp folder.. you have to login with the master cpanel user name and password.
