Need Guide for Dummies to Add a 2nd Website

I was able to create a wonderful website, no problems using all the tuorials etc. although I'm not too good at c-panel stuff yet.
The problem is my website is named wrong - I chose it too hastily and now it is apparent how wrong it is. I don't mind purchasing a new domain name and I wouldn't even mind building the new site from scratch as I can change-up the old one and have some use for what it was named.
I know we are allowed multiple websites on the same account, but I need a step by step dummies guide to follow. I just can't figure this out.
