Can you Help me with frames/portal ??

Hi to all,

I would like to make part of my site like a portal to other websites without anyone realy leaving my site. With vodahost website builder can you use a frame with a links on the outside of the frame (on the same page) to link to other sites that would show in the frame. If not could any one suggest a way for i could get round this. Even if i have a bar on the top of the page that shows all the time, that says (backtomysite.com).
