HELP!!!! need help posting to an outside hosting server

I have all my pages built and am reay to post. I am hosting through Go *****.com. Would like to know how to post here any help would be appreciated.

Pages created in BlueVoda can only be hosted at VodaHost. It's a good host, check out the Royal Tour and things in the links above.
