How do I lighten up load time

Hi-thank you to all for your support. I would love a review of my site-but I have a weight issue-I have music on my pages which makes my load time way to long-is there a way to keep the tunes and load faster? I am using real player if that makes a difference. thank you. Sella www.thepoomoover.com

Music is fine. Its the images that are slowing most pages down.
IE: http://www.thepoomoover.com/dreamstime_3883826.jpg is over 5500kb & should be around the 70 mark. There are many more with the same problem.
