i am so close to getting on the web, my pages are published successfully but the transfer over to google isnt working and the above address comes up saying error? if my pages were published successfully shouldn't they transfer over successfully. what am i doing wrong?please help.

Anyway, Google does not host websites. VodaHost does. You say you are successfully published. What's you're website?

sorry i am very anxious to get this going. my website is called distinctive kids i have published 9 pages successfully well thats what the bv programme told me. i have been looking around google webmaster site map tools etc to try and add my pages there is this correct?

If you go to http://www.distinctivekids.com, you'll see the "placeholder" page that means your site isn't quite up yet. The first time you publish it can take a couple of days to get going. But after that you can publish changes and additional pages instantly.

Hi tom, thanks heaps for helping me right now :) i clicked onto the http site you gave me but another distinctive kids comes up from hunterville? anyway they are offering completely different products to me but i couldn't find the placeholders page you refered to. I feel like i am such a pain but please help me again. bec.

OK, I think we may need to define some terms here. Here's some questions for you:

1. What is the exact name of your site? www.yoursitename.com (for example).

2. Are you using BlueVoda to build your site?

3. Do you have an account with VodaHost?

4. How are you attempting to publish? That is, if you are using BlueVoda, are you using the Publish icon to publish to the server icon VodaHost gave you?

3.yes i have an account my publishing code is 74.86.118.28 if that helps.
4. yes i use the publish icon when i click on file.

thanks again. Also when i click the crawl button i assume it should take a while well mine is fast. maybe there is something wrong there?

At this moment, your site is still held by the placeholder page (the one with the girl--that's the standard one). I can't say for sure, but I think it can take up to about 72 hours for your site to be up and ready to go. If it has been that long, then you need to contact Support.

Don't worry! It'll soon come together.
