FTP Folder

In the FTP folder can I put all the JPG and GIF files into folders?
I do not want to ruin anything or redirect then somehow.
I have a bunch of pictures and I would like to combine them into a folder.

Can you do the same for your html pages?

No and if they are in the ftp folder they wont be on your site. your site is in the public_html folder.

So once they are in the public_html folder they cannot be messed with.
