url being used by another

[RAFA]

This is very urgent to be sorted as quickly as possable.

I think some one has hacked my site the url posted below is my url but it is not my home page.
What could of gone wrong? More so what can i do about it.

I have also deleted the entire folder so the website should not show but the page still exsists. I have also tried changing the index page to home but when published it still takes the new saved name with my url.

Likely means you need to make a payment for your domain name or hosting account or both. Contact Billing.
