    help with frontpage

please please, help me here. I just built a site with frontpage and I cant, for the life of me, publish it. I asked for help from customer service and get a 'please open a new front page under public_html' reply.
That has gotten me no where. How do I go about it. Please explain it to me like I was a six year old. Thanks immensely.

This Forum typically covers questions about BlueVoda, Soholaunch and Vodahost however I just did a google search and the link below may help with your Front Page question.

You have to make a choice whether to use BlueVoda or Frontpage.

Since you decided on frontpage please goto this tutorial
      which will resolve your problem.

the ftp server may be temporarily out of service
you are connecting through a proxy server, the proxy settings may be incorrect
an error may have occured in the ftp server

Double check the username and password etc. Sometimes its a stupid little thing like a .dot instead of a , comma or a typo. Trust me I've done it.
