2. 9.95 for monthly billing, or 7.95 a month on annual billing, which tanslates to 95.40 a year I believe. All USD.

I'm not sure what you mean. Are you asking if you can leave Voda Host at some point in the future? Sure you can, but I don't think there's a refund available. I could be wrong about that, however, because I've never once thought of leaving Voda Host and I sincerely doubt you will, either.
