lost password and registered email address

HELP!!! My computer crashed, I had to reformat my harddrive, I lost all my password files. Then, I tried to reset my password on the control panel log in page, but it said the reset code is emailed to my registered email address, but I also forgot which email address registered the hosting account with.

How can I find out my registered email address info? That's all I need, so I can get the code, and set up a new password, otherwise I can't update my pages.

Please send an email off to support@vodasupport.com ..
Please supply the following:

1) Your full name, address and telephone number
2) Your website url (your main domain name)
3) Add a note about not knowing what email address you used with your user registration.

If you identify yourself properly support will reset and resend you your password.
