Trying to publish my other pages

I have got my homepage online... but my faqs page, finder, join & contact pages said they were uploaded fine but when I click on the link it's not working. What is going wrong

My website address is www.perfectscents.ca

My other links on the page don't work yet, so can you help me figure out these first 4 pages of my website before I publish more?

my pages are saved as finder.bvp, join.bvp, faqs.bvp & contact.bvp

Not sure why it is not showing properly... even my homepage is just coming up as www.perfectscents.ca and not .ca/index is it suppose to?

and why is my www.perfect scents.ca/faqs showing up 2 times when I click on it?

Finder: http://www.perfectscents.ca/finder.php
faqs: http://www.perfectscents.ca/faqs.php
join: http://www.perfectscents.ca/join.php
Contact: http://www.perfectscents.ca/contact.php

Home: http://www.perfectscents.ca/index.php

When you publish the rest, make sure you have the extension
reflected in the link.

thanks!! I didn't see the .php anywhere in the tutorials. I only saw the .html
