banner problems plese help

I am changing my banner as well as my templete, however the new templetes' banner is made up of 19 different ".gif" files. And the banner I have made to take this spot is a jpeg. How, if at all possible, can i make this work? Thanks

I went to cpanel- file manager- public_html- sohoadmin- program- modules- site_templates- pages- active-extras-red.

In my previous template, the banner just had one jpeg file as the banner so it was easy to swap them, however this template has 19 gif files. When I switch one of them with my jpg file, the banner I want accross the whole thing is just in a small portion of the banner.

It has a picture of a a couple bikers where id like to have my banner.
