cannot write in contact page

I have created a contact page, saved all as php. When I open the site I can only put what country I am in, but I cannot write my name or any other information. I have checked everything with my other sites contact page and it all looks the same.

Someone sent me a message last night and it went through however when a neighbor of mine tried it this morning, she too said she could not write in the boxes. Why could this be happening?

Check the following

1) The name, phone & email edit boxes are on the form area
2) The text box you have above it with your email address is nice and tight. Another words all the handles are pulled in, expecially the handle below the text.

After trying several things I just deleted it and put in a new one. Why I didn't do this to start I don't know. You can write in the fields now. Thank you for your response.
