I have been in contact with Voda customer support for over two weeks and many, many e-mails back and forth with various personnel getting involved without reading the previous e-mails and basically asking the same questions. My specific issue, that remains unresolved, is that although I am able to log in to my cPanel e-mail I am unable to receive new mail nor do I see any of my old, previous mail. Please excuse my frustration but I am unable to placate myself in light of the volumes of exchanged e-mail to no avail.

Re: Supprt Issues remain unresolved
OK I'll assume you have set up email addresses in your CPanel with no problems. You would've created an email address assigned a password.
A good place to access your emails are via webmail
www.yoursitename.com/webmail
You need to login
User Name - This will be the email address
Password - This will be the one assigned for the email address
You are then presented with several tools to view your mail etc. I use Horde
You can read/ compose/ send emails here.
Your inbox will fill up with email until you use something like Outlook or Outlook Express to download it on you PC, then your webmail inbox will be emptied.
I hope this helpsHappy Building

Re: Supprt Issues remain unresolved
Darren C.
Thanks for the help!
Your advice gets me in but I don't see any messages from before, something over 700 e-mails. Furthermore, when I send new messages from my other accounts, they as well, do not appear.
Any help would be appreciated.

Re: Supprt Issues remain unresolved
If you solely use webmail, all your emails should stay in there unless you delete them.
However if you use Outlook on your PC to download them, then they are removed from Webmail, because you've dowloaded them - make sense?
Can I suggest that you go to the Cpanel and change the password of your email address.
Go back to webmail and send yourself a test message - Let me know how you get on.Happy Building

Re: Supprt Issues remain unresolved
Thanks Darren!
Voda C/S sees all of the e-mails but when I log in I do not see them.
I tried finding a way to change my password in cPanel but couldn't find anything. If you know of a way off the top of your head, please let me know. Also, when I try to send a new e-mail from a different account, it does not show up to where I log in. A real mystery!

Re: Supprt Issues remain unresolved
Thanks, Darren C.!
The problem was finally resolved and the answer is quite simple:
1) Log-in to your account.
2) At the top it will say "Welcome, your website."
3) Look at the upper left side where it says "Horde, Mail, Organizing, Information, Options and Logout.
4) Click "Mail" and then the plus sign (+).
5) Then look down until you see your mail@yourwebsite and click on that.
You'll see all of your e-mail.
Thanks, Darren for your help.
Hope this helps others!
