500 Internal Server Error. Why?

Good day! Trying to open http://www.russkiydom.cl appeares this: 500 Internal Server Error500 Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request. Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@russkiydom.radost-la.org and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

Hi there!

When i try to acces my forums http://www.what-we-make.com/forum/ i get the same error. I have looked over the phpbb forums and they say this error is security related, but i have all my folders 755 permissions and files 644.
