Trouble publishing a single page

I have posted several pages successfully to my web site www.musingsofacatholic.com, but am having problems with one page, It is named prayer1. The system says it was published succesfully, but I can not find it. I changed the name to pray1 and tried again, still can not find it.
Any suggestions?

You have a form on the page so it was converted to a .php extension

You have a form on the page & BV will auto make it a php extension to enable the form to work.
