Folders visible in BlueFTP only?

Hi,

I wish to do some backup and found out that some folders/ files are only visible in BlueFTP only; when I use CoreFTP or Filezilla all these files/folders are invisible?!

Anyone can advice please? Thank you. How to make these files/folders visible to all ftp programs.
