hi i was just wondering if i can make a page that would be more like a fan club and wouldn't need any purchasing just for fun

You can make pretty much any website you like using BV which is FREE, but you will need a hosting account with VH in order to publish it which will cost you a small amount of $$$'s http://www.vodahost.com/
