Hi Debby, there are quite a few out there if you do a google search.

I use 'meebo' on one of my sites which works well http://www.meebome.com/?w As with most things they will allow you to create some html code and you can paste this in an html box in BV

As a VodaHost customer, you have available for Free some CRM solutions for you to use via the Fantastico area, including Crafty Syntax Live Help, Help Center Live, Perl Desk (which has a chat module added for a fee), and Support Logic Help Desk (which also has an available Chat feature).
