No Caching HTML code

Some years ago I used a snippet of HTML code from BV that stopped caching on the pages. I've been searching for it in the forums but have had no luck so far.

Would anyone be aware of this, and could you please direct me to the link/post that contains it? I would like to use it in my website.

Thanks for the link, Darren! Much appreciated. I've saved the HTML code to a special file I use to collect odds and ends code stuff.
