Do you or don't you need a log in?

I would like to send my clients from my website Lwalkercycling.com to Trainingpeaks.com. I have seen other coaches use this procedure where the clients "sign in" on the coaches web page which takes the client into Trainingpeaks.com. Trainingpeaks.com has given me a paragraph of instructions that needs to be cut and pasted on my page.

Trainingpeaks.com requires a log in password.
Do I use BV log in forms? Where would I insert the Trainingpeaks.com instructions? (is this a hyperlink?).
