Linking To Other Pages In Your Site From Nav Bar

I am having difficulties figuring out how to link to my other pages on my site from my nav bar. I have a nav bar at the top that has:

|HOME||ROSTER||HISTORY||JOIN|

So i want to be able to click on |JOIN| and link to another page that I have created. Also I need help with how to keep the nav bar on each page in the exact location so on each page it doesn't move. Any help is appreciated. Sorry if a topic like this has already been created. I have tried to find help in the tutorials section. No luck.

For linking go here.
In your BV web builder there are 3 small boxes in the lower right hand corner of the window. You will see that there is an "x" & "y"
Those coordinates tell you the relative position left/right (x) and up/down (y).

Forgot to mention that you have to select the item to check their coordinates....
