Question on Iframe

Is it possible to use the Iframe on my site but place a address to it like my social network to have it on my current website with out it going to the addy automatically?

I tested it on mine and it allows me to place the url in the Iframe Box, but when i go to the page it loads up, but redirects me to the url that i placed in the Iframe. i want it to stay on my site without redirection.

Can someone help me on this?
