client screwing up webpages

I have a client who is doing the changes to her own pages. She keeps making mistakes and I have to go in and fix them for her. Is there anyway I can do a template page that will only allow her to make specific changes? You can see her pages at:

I need to be able to allow her to:

1) add new pictures without changing their directory links (ie: images/newpic.jpg) She keeps adding new subdirectories in the images and referencing the pictures from them.

2) change the description without changing the page format

3) change the paypal information for only 4 specific spots.

There is no way.

Just teach her what she should and she shouldn't do.
