New domain publishing problem

I have two domain names. egtree.biz and swatcharters.com I am having difficulty publishing the index page for swatcharters.com. Both are hosted by BV from the start. Only the word index and a list come up after publishing. Searched forum for novice instructions about pointing dns without much success. Please help.

Always publish your home page as index all lower case letters.

Incidentally are we talking about swatcharters.com? If so the nameservers are those of VH so you needn't do anything . I can also see the index of page so do what I said above.

However if this addon domain which I suspect it is make sure you publish to public_html/swatcharters.com otherwise you will overwrite the pages of your primary domain.
