Page code error Can't find the error

My website is www.stonewallcleaner.ca. In my aw stats in the top 25 page urls I have a page called /pngfix which is an error page and getting too many hits. I have tried finding it to actually delete or fix it on my site but can't. How do I fix this? Any help appreciated.
