contact form emailed with no info in it

Hi! I posted this before and I was waay to late to respond so they closed the thread. SORRY about that.

So I created 2 contact us pages on my website. One for business owners to fill out and another for members to fill out. They both seem to work fine with the success page and everything. I even get the emails in my account but when i open the emails, the info ( name, address, etc ) does not show up?

How can i fix this.

Change the form Encoding Type too multipart / form data

hey thanks! i just made the change and i it kinda worked?!

i tested it about 3 to 4 times and recieved only one email. maybe i just have to wait a little longer? either way the info showed up this time!
