you have a form in the page and should be saved and linked as a php page. just go to background/page properties/php then your link will be:

http://www.naughty4u.com/contact.php

and all will work correctly

ok, thanks. on all my other pages do i change the contact extension to php as well?

yes all links will have to be with a php extension
