Is it possible to make changes to multiple pages without having to enter each one in turn and changing the necessary links...etc?

Not the top tabs, I realise they're different pages, i'd like to know how to do the ones under the "smart web hosting" title please.

Any help would be greatfully appricated, I think its the last stumbling block before I put my site on-line

This requires either ajax, or a jquery tab menu.

You will have to implement this yourself, but requires advanced knowledge of Javascript.
