CSS and protecting my site???

Two things, firstly can I add CSS?

Second I am creating a lot of stuff for my site videos and tutorials etc and dont want people just copying and pasting them into theres, what is the legal side regarding that? I guess I cant stop it?????

Add the CSS via the pages html area.
Just about impossible to stop copying. What is a better idea is to encorage pepole to link to your videos with some ready made html, like a you tube link. This will give you valuable & free one way links across the net.
