I just opened a new VH Account. I have installed a WP blog on the account. I am working with a 3rd party provider to install a special plug in for my WP site. They indicate they need my FTP Server name. Is this the same as my server name which I received when I first set up the VH account? I tried this and they said it is not working. If not, where do I find my FTP server name?
The 3rd party cannot proceed with the installation until I provide the FTP server name. They also need the username and password - is this the UN for my VH control panel or something else?
Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
