page not updating

Just updating my site but upon publishing and then checking the site the newly updated published page does not come up-just the old one still! seems to be happening a lot latley!
Any suggestions

I can't get your site to load. You have some kind've script running and it crashes my browser. (Firefox)

FF can never get my page to load and no one here knows why-so just don't use it!! Its fine with IE and google chrome and others.
