In October I received a coupon for two years. It was not clear that this could only be used for a new domain. I do not need a new domain. I simply wanted to pay for additional years. I am now being billed again. There is no way to actually speak with anyone at VodaSupport. The motto is Customer love and care. I can't find that. I have been posting on the support site for over an hour with no response. No one will call. Good luck to anyone who has a problem with their service.

I've always find they react quickly (within 12 hours or less which is good enough for me). Have you tried contacting them via a support ticket?Happy Building
