How to Stream Music

Hi,
Can anyone help me, I wish to stream my music so that the listener would be able to then download and pay for the track/s they like.
I am looking into getting a Flash mp3 on my website for the music as Chris & Darren suggested, but do I download player 1st then upload my music, or do I upload my music and then transfer to my website, I'm slightly confused.
How do I go about this?
I have already placed the buy now, view cart & add to shopping cart on my Website, & have placed a Pay Pal account also.
