Can not see all files on FTP

Hi all,

As I log in to FTP, I cannot see all the files, but some. I think I have lots of files, that's why that cannot be displayed. But as I log in with SFTP, I can see all files. I'm using WinSCP program, I could log in with SFTP last week, but now I cannot. Any ideas please?

On the BV web builder:
Tools/FTP Manager
Click on Connect (upper left hand corner)
A login window will appear.
Select IP#
Enter Publishing Username
Enter Publishing Password
All published files will be in the public_html folder.
