help publishing my site

Hi.. i recently download BlueVoda and i create my own web site with the help of tutorials.. i managed to reach to the last step that i publish my site..
so i pursuase a Professional Web Hosting a Dedicated IP Address and a Domain Registration. (which i have no idea what i payed for or where to find them) .
then i press the publish button and it asks to select ip.
what ip i select there?
i tried some of these ips and i put user name (my email) and pass (my pass)
and i get internet exeption error 12029. the attemp to connect to server failed..
so i need some help or a tutorial of what to do to publish my site..
anyone can help me on this?

Have you opened and paid for an account with VodaHost to enable your site to be published? If so! You should of received an email with your IP & password to enable publishing.

I did but i have not received ip and pass. they have send 2-3 other emails but not ip and pass..
