rss feed button not were I place it.

Hi I wonder if any one can help me, for some reason today I added a new link to my site but when I look at the page the rss feed button has moved to the bottom of the page below my website. Really strange! and I can't do anything about it, it won't go to were it's place in blue voda. Help please!
I havn't published it yet because I'm scared if I do I won't be able to change it back.
