Words in Nav Bar

What have I done! I just made a change to one page of the web site (www.bwichapter.com) On the Mortgage page, I added name and "member since" under the picture and when I published it, that text shows up on the left in the middle of the Nav Bar, but only on the home/index page. I didn't publish the home page and didn't have it open. I've moved everything on the page to be sure there isn't any hidden text, then got rid of the offending text under the picture, but it's still showing up.

It's fixed. I re-sent the index page and that took care of it.
