Cache problem

Having problems with site after changes were made.
I have tried refresh, rebuilt the site and nothing seems to work.
One is www.tdsproducts.net, this one works like it should. Then www.tdsproducts.org is not working like it should, cannot get changes to take effect, no matter what I do.
Does anyone have any ideas, sorry but nothing I have tried works, could use some help.

We cannot help unless we know what the changes are supposed to be....
Your sites are R E A L L Y W I D E @ 1266px wide.

You are missing the point about keywords.
Generally 25 words/phrases are the max.
The keywords must also appear as text on the page.

Pages had no background, just text and simple photo links.
The way you see the second site is how they looked (I know, very sad)
and the way you see the first site is how they look now. Just can’t get a couple sites to take changes?
