screen recorder BB flashback

I have just got BB flashback pro and need to add a video i created before the purchase to a recording I have done with this programme.....how do I do it? if a plug in is required can you please add the link, many thanks

(I have gone to their forum, but it is down at the moment...I really want to get this done sooner rather than later)

As long as both are BB Flashback movies then use the Insert button then edit / move using the time line.

are there any good free file convertors that can change a file to bvp? so I can add videos to the beggining of my tutorial.

I have finally got to grips with BB but now I want to try and make them look professional, (they look really cheap and nasty at the moment.....) I am looking for a site to get tips, do you know of any please?

Oh I ve found plenty.... just googled "make good video tutorials" dont know why I didnt think of that in the first place???!?!?!?
